Your finger circumference in millimeters directly corresponds to your EU ring size — e.g., 56 mm circumference = Size 56.
Method 1 — With string or paper
- Wrap a thin string or strip of paper around your finger.
- Mark the exact point where it overlaps.
- Measure the length in mm — this is your circumference.
- Compare the value with our ring size chart.
Method 2 — With an existing ring
- Measure the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring in mm.
- Multiply by 3.14 — this gives you the circumference.
- The circumference corresponds to your EU ring size.
Tips for accurate results
- Measure in the evening (fingers are slightly larger then).
- Do not measure when your hands are cold.
- Always measure the exact finger on which the ring is to be worn.
THE PHIROS RING
A ring that adapts to your finger, designed open, it fits any size while keeping perfect proportions. Born from the golden ratio, it was carefully realized in 3D and crafted in close collaboration with Germany’s first Argentium silver foundry JFD JEWELRY. Every step tells a story of craftsmanship: from 3D printing to creating the plaster mold, and finally casting under vacuum. Back in my workshop near Frankfurt, the ring was meticulously refined, oxidized and polished. The result: a unique piece of jewelry that is allergen-friendly, striking in design, and instantly wearable thanks to its open structure.
